Hailing from the Cigales DO in the Castilla y Leon region of Spain, this Saignée method rosé is made from 85% Tempranillo / 15% Albillo. The grapes are hand harvested from 30+ years old vineyards, destemmed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks including a 12 hour maceration. This unique strawberry-salmon coloured rosé has red fruits notes (strawberry and raspberry) along with mint tones and ripe stone fruits. It’s refreshing, and much like its white and red siblings, it has great structure and a long lasting aromatic finish.
