This 100% Malvasia comes from a single vineyard in the El Zampal region of the Uco Valley. The nose shows orange peel, lemon balm, and sage with some bright aromas reminiscent of fuzzy peach candy. The wine has a slight orange colour showing the 90-120 days of skin contact and has a rich texture with good acidity and hints of kumquat. (tech notes below)
