Immerse yourself in the authentic expression of the Cangas del Narceawith DO from Dominio Urogallo MN 2022 wine. Made with Mencía grapes from 40-50 year old vineyards at an altitude of 620 metres, this biodynamic red wine reflects the landscape and climate of the area. With slate, quartz and clay soils, this unaged wine stands out for its freshness and purity. Cherry-red colors with violet tones. On the nose, red fruit such as morello cherry, cherry, plum and floral notes of violet stand out. It has a spicy vanilla background. All wrapped up in freshness with a vibrant and light structure.

VINEYARD: Young vineyards from 15 to 30 years old.
WINE MAKING: Early harvest looking for an elegant freshness and healthy fruity juice. Destemmed and slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks under temperature control.

BOTTLE AGING: 6 – 9 months before selling.
PAIRING: Great with different Spanish meat tapas, but also as apertif.
