This organic Chardonnay, a Village wine in the Chablis sub-region, has beautiful fruity aromas with a delicious wash of acidity, white fruits, white flowers and a nice roundness in the mouth, along with a saline & beautiful bitter finish.

100% Chardonnay
Plot of young vines (approx. 20 years old) at the bottom of the céteau. Altitude of 300m and exposure Southeast. Close to the Morvan, the vines benefit from large thermal amplitudes in summer, with strong heat in the afternoon, and nice coolness at night.
Mainly clayey soil, with compact blue marly clays.
Mechanical tillage, organic fertilizers, manual work for aeration and drying of the bunches.
Manuals harvest
rigorous settling then alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in vats.
Aged on fine lees in vats for 9 months, no manipulation
Aging: 3 years
