The newest release from the Clot de l’Oum brothers Eddy and Arthur. A fresh and vibrant blend of Grenache 50%, Syrah 35%, Carignan 15% grown at high altitudes on ancient granite soils. A stripped back “raw” expression of their unique terroir, fermented with indigenous yeast, expressing juicy and lifted red and dark fruits with soft tannins. A juicy wine made for slurping down along side a charcuterie board!

Grown at altitude on Grannite soils. And harvested. Fermented with indigenous yeast and moderate sulfites. Short maturation. Aged 12 months in barrels.
