100% Pur Jus is a carbonic Cab Franc fermented in concrete vats, it’s fun, lively and juicy think Beaujolais (minus the Gamay of course). Organically/Biodynamically grown, harvested by hand offering great freshness with notes of cherry, cassis, raspberry and some savoury herbal notes. Definitely a glou glou.
